Roxy Industries is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms Grace-Ann Junor as VP of Technical Services. Her responsibilities include Product
Development, Quality Control and Production Management. Ms. Junor
Holds a B.Sc with Double majors in Food Chemistry and Chemistry. Also.
she has a M.PHIL in Chemistry from U.W.I, Mona, Ja..She reports directly to the CEO/President Mr. Poyser. Ms. Junor brings outstanding organizational and innovative abilities
coupled with a scientific rigor which will help to sustain and improve
the quality of Roxy's products.

Roxy Industries is proud to announce that we have won the very prestigious Charles Henderson-Davis award for 2008 Breakthrough Product of the Year. Mr Alvin Poyser our CEO, who was present at JMA 40th Awards ceremony, surprised and exultant, happily received this prestigious award on behalf of Roxy Industries. This follows the award received by Roxy in July from the PSOJ for Roxy’s Jobs creation efforts and investment of $250M dollars. The Board of Directors would like to publicly acknowledge Mr Alvin Poyser, President/CEO, for his leadership, vision, determination, resourcefulness in guiding and shaping Roxy Industries Ltd.

Roxy Industries Ltd was the only Organic Drink manufacturer to participate in the JMA/JEA Expo 2008. Roxy Industries displayed and provided samples of all over products including our signature Roosta Roots energy drink during the JMA/JEA Expo 2008 at the National Arena. The ROOSTA will be launched island wide on February 11th. The schedule for the week long celebratory activities and promotions is provided below:

First Training Session Completed!!!

ROXY just completed its first week of training for 35 prospective employees of the company. Training was provided by Mr. Oladele ,from Nigeria (VP), who is the resident scientist. He is responsible for on site quality control of ROXY's products. Mr. Olatunde Oladele is the Vice president in charge of the Technical Services, which includes Product development, quality control and Production Managment. Mr. Oladele is a Food Chemist and Nutritionist. He holds an M.PHIL in Food Chemistry amd MPH in Nutrition from Emory Unversity, Atlanta Georgia. The enthusiastic participants were introduced to many new concepts such as pH balance. At the end of the one week session the CEO/President Mr Poyser addressed the participants. He presented the goals and mission of the organization and the commitment of ROXY to the development of the larger Brown's Town community. He was followed by Dr. Morris (SVP) who congratulated the participants for their successful completion of the training. Additionally, he emphasized some of the same themes expressed by the CEO about community development and economic empowerment. A second training session is scheduled prior to the start up of full production. Training was conducted at the local park facilites. See below for snapshots of the class:
